There is ZERO TOXIC DILUTION! We have only seen the ICNB OS rise less than 6 million shares in the last couple months since last year and 3 million of those shares are restricted so the float rose less than 3 million shares!!! Refer to the SS from TA. Also they recently reduced the AS by 500 million shares the exact opposite of dilution!
