You do realize I was simply stating what is in the loan agreement, right? Do you have any idea what is 'right' and 'wrong' about a loan agreement between two companies? I thought not. I suggest you read and internalize the loan agreement, so you don't have to 'doubt' ICLD's own written agreements.
