Just seemed a tad exaggerated as
50 million shares converts to .011 for 550k dollars after the RS where our pps will be well over a dime.

5.5 million is ample reserve assuming the pps can stay over a dime after RS.

And even with a generous 50% discount, we are talking 11 million shares.

So 50 million seems high.
