The Company currently intends to make its proxy materials available to shareholders beginning on or about April 21, 2017.

Amarin has issues that need shareholders to address prior to 80%, likely has to do with making a decision prior to read or after read.

I speculate Amarin will get an official offer prior to 80%, it won't be high enough IMO.
