JMHO, but I would like to see a book published in large part to end all of the misconceptions out there; from fish oil can cause bleeding to eating fish is all one needs to do. I could list about 20 of these all of which we on this board could debunk. Face it, the powers that be have put most fish oil in a bad light. I would love for everyone to understand why a therapeutic dose of EPA works and anything else will not work or fall short. What makes EPA safe is its purity, freshness, and dosage. The better informed the public and medical professionals are, the better decisions they will make. ( One problem with this idea is that it may sound "too" all one sided. We don't want to come off as the book being written to push a product.) It would be good to see all of the various health conditions that may be affected and why. Dr. Sears has his own information written...but he sells his own brand of product. The baby boomers in the US are at an age where they are concerned about their health. If this population truely understood what EPA does Vascepa would become the best selling medication of all time.
