Really? And so what if shares were transferred? The float of THCT is 3 million, plenty left for anyone who wants them...

Again, the shares were transferred as part of the buyout from ASUV. No reverse split was done when the ticker name changed AND that was a good thing because share holders of ASUV kept all their shares and could do with them what they pleased... Sell, hold, buy....
