In the last 10-Q filed by HJOE the address used

Nine Music Square South #284 Nashville, TN 37023

The Form 15 was:

Nine Music Square South, Suite 284, Nashville, TN  37203

Or May 13, 2014 the SEC contacted HJOE at the following address about the review of their 10-K.

Then on 11/14/2014 - in a Notification of Late Filing HJOE changed the address to:

9 MUSIC SQUARE South PO BOX 284 NASHVILLE TN 37023

So you are suggesting that Adamson and Veal didn't realize they were submitting the incorrect address to the SEC since November 2014.

The facts are Adamson tried to be slick with the SEC and it caused shareholders to lose their entire investment and oddly a few are still defending them.

In a year - I will still be reading about HJOE re-registering and revenue is in the tens of millions - that HJOE has a distributor on Mars - that the HJOE jerky is in the Top 10 of new jerky products on Amazon - that HJOE will file as soon as KBM is convicted of violating the New York usury laws - and Adamson has won a Pulitzer Prize for his Social Media commentary.

The fake address was:

Nine Music Square South #284
Nashville, TN 37023

I pointed this out 2 years ago - and you didn't contact HJOE and tell them they were using a address that didn't exist to the SEC.
