You do know the address from the Form 15 is a maildrop - HJOE has never had a real corporate office.

Hey, I told you HJOE was using a fake address but all of the HJOE supporters came to the defense of Adamson and Veal.

But what did the SEC have to say about the fake address?

"On January 21, 2016, Corporation Finance sent a delinquency letter to HJOE requesting compliance with its periodic filing requirements but HJOE did not receive the delinquency letter due to its failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules (Rule 301 of Regulation S-T, 17 C.F.R. Adamson and Veal were so slick - they got revoked and shareholders are holding worthless stock.
