If you need some pointers on running a sanctuary, PM and let me know. I dedicated my 10 acres of lakeside land here (constant water supply for them) to helping the local wildlife, abandoned critters, and injured critters, also about 18 yrs ago now. Been the best thing in my life since a very young retirement. Good luck with it.
