You want them to issue a PR saying "we applied for BTD"?

I am suggesting there is no reason to issue a PR or openly discuss it until they receive it. You announce you have applied for it and then don't receive it...why subject yourself to that scrutiny? Now, if someone at the conference were to have asked, maybe he would have answered that question.

Anavex does not PR every single step in the process. Announcement of BTD would most likely come with announcement of trial.
