Take any imaginary shareprice (in your case .10) then multiply it by the total number of shares outstanding ( in BRSE's case that would be around 7,758,000,000 shares)

That would give a market cap of $775,800,000 dollars.

Clearly BRSE is worth no where near that.

But lets be more realistic

What IS the worth of Broadside Enterprises noe now that they own 86.6% of Framepool AG? Well that depends on what metric of "worth" Framepool AG is valued by.

Clearly, simple math dictates that BRSE shares should be trading well north of .001 at bare minimum, based solely on Framepool's revenues alone. Valuation of Broadside will naturally increase due to revenue expansion, further acquisitions, revenues from movie productions and other ventures. So it is safe to say that while we do not know the fair valuation of Broadside at this time ,we do know that the shares are extremely undervalued at present.

Can BRSE shares get volume and momentum that propels it up to the .001- 002 levels?

Absolutely.

What would the street need to see, to keep it there? Framepool AG's revenue stream, for starters. Thats coming within the annual report and we"re supposed to be receiving updates prior to the annual.

This week should be fairly remarkable as BRSE vol increases and the .002 level is breached.

Its quite rare on the otc/pinks to latch onto a stock at .0001-.0004/sh that has acquired a revenue-generating multi-million-dollar a year business.

We're truly in at/near the ground floor of something great.

If you own shares in the .0001 - .0004 level then you should be adding to your positio s instead of focusing on a mere double or triple. This is far from a stock selling scam. There are no promo's or compensated awareness campaigns going on. The company isnt selling cd notes to raise cash etc etc.

This is a very rare situation and thats the reason im.long so many shares.
