Fiscal year ends 3/31/2017. 10 K annual usually in June like clockwork. Yes, file app for SEC and FINRA if decides to continue that route. Merger for FFIN should be complete so new ticker?, info in filing (if none before then) about merger with others CY, RU and Belize. I monitor each web site daily and the sites, regulations, compliance forms/license all constantly being updated. He's getting ducks in a row but is time consuming with all The different International regulations/requirements. Paperwork is mind blowing but getting done!!! The sites for all and subsidiary's and bank are very slick and professional, top notch sites. Trading platforms are awesome, app looks good, FB and twitter accounts good. Yes, it's several hours every night I spend, lol, I know so much about Russia and Kazakhstan I'm afraid of being "surveilled" !!!!
