I recall reading a board decision to increase A/S to 450M so don't be surprised if that's in the upcoming Annual Report.

Float increased around 230M in past year (rough estimate).

He noted a loss was expected and going concerns involving debt. I believe these comments were in Q3 report.

Hoping TA follows through on claim they update shares monthly on OTC.
