The chart says it all. The last 8k was completely misread and anyone who read the 10k would have known the sruff in the 8k. They missed the part about the accredited investor who gave the loan so again- the company doesn't have to sell more shares as it preps to sign a huge ammonia plant deal.

This has been held down to load between .0045-.006 PPS and next week we will see the move back to .01 PPS. With any luck- any type of material event and this is headed back to .015 PPS +.
