TY...not to answer for BT or anything...but...Troy said he thought the elimination of the shares would take 3 mo & it took 6...believe you me, that was a long 6 months too...so, for what it's worth...I'm leaning to the second part of your statement.

Either there never were any pending deals....or our prospective partners could not wait for the share reduction.
