He has reduced the SS here by 2.3 BILLION SHARES!


Yes, he has. But we waited for about 6 months for that to happen. What else was he doing in those 6 months? We were led to believe that there were a number of deals in the pipeline that would be finalized when the share reduction was complete.
Either there never were any pending deals....or our prospective partners could not wait for the share reduction.
I say this because.....where are the deals???????????
