I think its in the 130 million range. The 10Q will nail it down. Yes, this selling means increased shares put out there. As I said 2 million has been traded in the last few days, that probably means the share count increased by about that same amount. The TA traders will not care about that they will only be looking at what this movement means for near term future movement so market cap can get wonky in times like these.
