Yes, this seems on the surface like wonderful news. I think it can only mean that they feel they can move off the OTC without having to do the reverse split. I'm going to go out on a limb and sound very optimistic, but on the surface that seems to mean they believe they can move from the 10 cent range to over a dollar range without reverse splitting.
If the price increases significantly after this news it could mean others think that too.
