The yearly Fins are due on the 31st. Or April 17th if they file an extension.

The term "On Time " can be loosely used as if they come out by the 17th then no harm, no foul.

Will see.... Most pinks use the extension to the advantage that no lenders can convert when Fins are late/ extension period. However... being that our lenders are Playing Nice I would not be surprised to see Fins on the 31st if they are ready. Probably after EOD next Friday so we can hash them out all next weekend. Oh Joy !

The libertarian philosophy is that one makes decisions based on the overall good of most of the ppl in the community. We want this to go up as much as possible before fins, so the momentum will take it to higher heights for the general good of a majority of investors. Hope this goes back over 2 today, to get catapulted into the stratosphere by the end of the month.
