Very Well put ST. Just for the sake of argument over OOBA, billion transaction every week & well over billion + authentication every given day. OOBAaS is bigger than the mobile market itself globally .

No wonder Kay said, OOBA will be used by every enterprise , every consumer on the globe.

It is for this reason, Steve I Cooper said this will be widely used and eventually become a industry standard.

This is exactly what happened and now they are about to pay, continue to pay into the foreseeable future and pay triple damages for their willful, blatant, mean mistreatment and total disregard for StrikeForce Technologies! And we are winners right along with SFOR!!!

IMHO it was more than not wanting to pay such a small company. It was an assumption that it would cease to even exist! You'll recall SFOR was locked in a corporate life or death struggle with the greatest IT company in the world, Microsoft. SFOR was down to it's last $35K when the unexpected happened, MSFT settled with SFOR. This caught DUO, Centrify, Trustwave and the others completely by surprise. Last January, near-dead SFOR, to the amazement of all, rose again. Now with that precedent, BR and R&G on it's side it will attack and annihilate all other infringers in courts of law. It must, before they do the same to SFOR.

Yes, hopefully we leave big teeth marks in these companies this time. It may take longer but hopefully we have the cash to hold and not settle too quickly. Patent trolls they are NOT!
