If company wants to deal with shareholders transparently, they should allow TA to provide the latest info. There should not be any guessing about these numbers on the message boards. If TA is not providing info means that the TA is gagged and only can release information to select shareholders per CEO's request. Strictly speaking, I don't like that route.
