Fair enough. I'm looking forward to buying back in a the appropriate time. I want this thing to succeed. I'm just being careful. I'd like to see definitive statements -- better yet a deal or contract with BOE -- that passes muster of course. The Chinese are notoriously "sketchy." We should all recognize that fact.
