Very simply ... this process has been taking place for a while now my guess is good 3 month ..if you calculate the shares traded between Deb - March its approx 1.8 Billion shares .... i will tell you maybe there a good 500M shares Retail ... the remains is or WAS conversions ...
Look at the charts you will see the biggest lots of buy/ sell (passed undetected) is around (0.0055 - 0.0065).This level means something to them, as my previous posts.
The 80M that you saw today and VNDM showing up since last week tells me 2 things :
1- The process is near the end 2 - VNDM is there to control the move.
