This is just shares conversions from one side to another ....so yes PIXEL mags is taking position of the shares under their name.
I think this is easier process for them to get rid if SPCL once and for all ...
Think about it ....
Since they merged they keep on says we are "SUBSIDIARY of SPCL" and we are "INDEPENDENT" ...
Any one questioned the fact why they keep on saying it ? if it was insignificant or it had no meaning ? why keep on saying it ?
The goal here is to have everything converted to them so eventually they will act interdependently AS THEY SAY always said ...
SPCL will become old history they will sell the technology (AS WE ALL KNOW its a FACT) and then uplift CLEAR and FREE of all the show of SPCL problems ....
