You don't disclose terms if you are waiting on results or its cashless because you have a reluctant partner.

Direct results can only have a minimum impact on share price by itself now due to finances even if a thorough explanation is very convincing. This is because of the development time yet ahead. They may also not want to say too much until they have new patents in place to encorporate what they learned from the Phase 1. Best wishes.
