FLSR holding steady..anticipating a major run soon. I think 2~3 weeks of delay is very normal in OTC land...seen a couple of cases like this a few years back...many sold, but once PR came out AH, stocks jump at their next openings, and got very noisy with people chasing it. I think the same will happen here.
