Trump is expected to sign an executive order tomorrow the "America First Offshore Energy Strategy" that would open large parts of the Atlantic, Pacific, Arctic oceans to new oil and gas fracking.
The move, which is certain to face legal and political challenges, will over-rule any State bans which are in place which prevent fracking.
Florida Senator Bill Nelson said, "I hope the president thinks twice before putting Florida’s economy at such a risk. I hope he refrains from issuing this executive order, but if he doesn't, this senator and a bipartisan delegation from Florida will fight this order.”
