The shares belong to iTalk, while the Chapter 11 is for iTalk's subsidiary, so technically the subsidiaries equity is being cancelled and being bought by the owner Lee. Seems to be some detail to iron out, but I would assume iTalk will resume ownership of the subsidiary UMS.
