Thank you! glad to be here... question: it was originally thought that the merger maybe wasn't actually completed making the chap 11 filing not actually Italk but the sub of the private company coming in....however the court docs i looked at made it sound like Talk is in control of company filing..does that mean Italk itself is now in chap11 and that the shares could be canceled and reissued screwing everyone currently holding like most BK stocks do?. Just trying to look at some angles on this ...
