Agreed mopar...ever since the 1st fake PR the manipulators put out last fall which caused the stock to get halted and IPCI to be investigated this stock has been tainted where big money is concerned! We can thank the scamming manipulators for that and as we can see they just continue doing it thinking the SEC will forever remain oblivious to their illegal actions!
