Doog this stuff is illegal, but people do it anyways. You just can't say no to making that much money playing this. It's too easily influenced when the float is low and trading volume is low.
You won't have this kind of problem if the stock was trading in million shares a day on average.
IPCI showing promising future with numerous catalyst upcoming, and it is on an uptrend since last Summer. Low float and low trading volume make this stock a perfect play for these trading groups.
Personally, I'm not too concerned with this, as long as Odidi deliver on what he said he would do. In the mean time, I'm just going along with the up and down for a little trading to add more shares.
