The SEC is a bureaucratic nightmare! Add to that summertime blues & emlpoyee vacations & you have the reason for this drawn out time frame. It has absolutely nothing to do with Wave!!! The meeting will be announced when Wave gets the okay from the SEC,there's nothing more Wave can do! I'm sure that SS will clarify all & more on the 2nd quarter CC 8/14. Meantime, all is being readied for Wave's departure from an R&D company to one in which $$$$$ will proliferate for all their hard work!!! The Best...Carl.
