Fundamentally both stocks are garbage. Flipping & day trading can make some $ for those with lucky timing, but fake businesses won't hold up long term.
Some of what you say is correct. But a lot is typical of someone trying to apply other markets to OTC. You can throw a lot out the window here including fundamentals. Not because they are good or bad, because they don't apply like they do in other markets. One reason is investor psychology is different.
