BP is as collectively unintelligent as it is intelligent. Yes everything you say makes sense .. BUT like a greedy human.. I think the bigger prize would overwhelm them.
Honestly, it would have been crazy
But Biogen should have merged with
Anavex and made the good Dr the CEO of the new entity..

I guess they still have time to try it but

Also I would not be surprised if a smaller deal was not offered by Biogen. I would think self preservation would win the day..
