SPIN, a few things

I was never out, a point I've always tried to make public. I had planned on dumpin the after the hack-attack (as you did, but time to really pay proper attention wasn't there), and buy the dip (again as you did). Some of it was gutless fingers.

So you and RWK seem to disagree, or not? I was saying 15/20 in the current run = cash in the bank for wave by forced excercise, ... which now sounds like a forced conversion, or automatic conversion, and that the Series H turns into 10,000/1.13 shares per warrant, but nothing for the treasury.

Can't make your, RWK's and 24601's posts on this matter all make sense.

The monies raised are not income, rather they are share capital and thus fall into the balance sheet, not the income statement. Most importantly, there are no income taxes due on the monies.
