There is none! ViaDerma has the provisional patent and the technology. No other company on the planet can touch them.

There is a long history with Otiko and Phillips/Keough. Otiko chose not to respond to shareholder questions about his relationship with Keough. Phillips refers shareholders to Otiko. No one fully knows what happened between these three peeps.

We only know that Otiko sells products based on the Keough/Phillips patent through a non-exclusive license agreement.
