the registration is not for selling shares into the market! and by the grace of god, tom got all the financing in order with out dilution, so going forward I am looking to see the sec filings to start poping out quickly, may get one this week, I sent him a email to egarize them up as he gets them and not file all at once as he stated in a PR. he replied and said wonderfull IDEAL!!
