Yes a 14c will have to be filed to reduce the authorized, now remeber we have two deals pending sagoma and the big deal that every body is waiting on, and dont ask me to go into that!
the registration is not for selling shares into the market! and by the grace of god, tom got all the financing in order with out dilution, so going forward I am looking to see the sec filings to start poping out quickly, may get one this week, I sent him a email to egarize them up as he gets them and not file all at once as he stated in a PR. he replied and said wonderfull IDEAL!!
HAS anbody ever seen a pink move back to the OTC???
