I saw the 14C and looked at it, i know the company is saying they are going to reduce the A/S. That's great. But i didn't know what the SB-2 was. It HONESTLY looked to me to be a form for offering. It's possible i was looking at a SB-2/a or one of the other variants i saw.... sheesh.

So, my question is now must they file a 14c or whatever to reduce the A/S or do you know if this can be done on the SB-2?
