the news is ..that EVERYONE HERE has had an opportunity to buy
stock at MARKET PRICES to add to their position to STOP PERSONAL DILUTION.

Why is that a big deal? Well normally what happens is the
BIG BOYS(AKA MARKET MAKER CABAL & HIGH DOLLAR INVESTORS) get a
Private Placement with Warrants/Options to BUY STOCK at 30% Discount..

THUS Skewring ALL the EARLY RISK TAKERS out of their CHANCE to
FUND FUTURE EFFORTS buy adding more shares at the same price as everyone else.

I have commented on the ABSOlUTE FAIRNESS of this agreement..
except of course to the Kleptocratic Class of Wealthy Insiders..They feel cheated from Skewering you..

Any Long Term Investor knew we either got a great partnership deal or
we were funding the move forward..either way we were diluting our piece of the pie..No great Partner deal in my opinion is the best long term strategy..especially NOW THAT WE KNOW WHAT WE HAVE!
