We have to remember R&G are specialists in IPR litigation. Anything found in the IPR can be used in the civil case. The IPR could solidify our case against these 3 even more. If it goes against them we may not settle and go for treble damages as an example to future litigation. R&G will not let this slide I believe they will assist or even join BR on this to ensure a win. I believe I put in a recent post that R&G were 30 wins in IPR for June of 2016 alone. Correct me if I am wrong....Lets see if Mr Garretson can match that....Go SFOR
