maybe they want to sell the company, but still move forward with their own projects. until the deal with pixelmag is complete, they might as well promote their product.

The PR was akin to a true OTC Pump & Dump.

Absolutely no need for it.

There are any number of topics related to PixelMags business that could be PR'd, namely the freakin' financials.

This was a sit up and take notice PR, as in WTF is going on here?
