He can't legally confirm anything that hasn't been officially filed yet. Would be insider information. I am reading between the lines of otcmarkets/wsj being changed since Thursday, and is public information.

Since they have 4 business days to file the 8-K, I am expecting the filing to show up sometime between tonight and Wednesday, based on the updated profiles online last Thursday.
