Somebody who wants to see it through and knows they can purchase billions more if need be.
Here is reality: IF no news about FDA or arbitration comes out (I personally think FDA situation is closed prior to meeting) that moves pps significantly up; it is with 100% certainty they will issue preferred units convertible into common. They have no other options to raise capital.
