After the shareholder meeting approval of a R/S they will have MANY, MANY millions of shares to sell AND at a theoretical higher price.

No need to create imaginary scenarios about bridge loans and preferred units. Just simply dilute as in the past...no brainer and no need to speculate otherwise.

They are pros in the world of dilution
