Didnt we make 10 milly off of Microsoft for the same reason these other lawsuits are popping up? Maybe lawyers are working knowing they will get paid when they win...
There are a few bits and pieces of info that makes us believe they somehow generated some good amount of money in the last qtr or so. Now it is all speculation until the 10K is out. Their debt seems to be reduced to 4.55m. (see http://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SFOR/key-statistics?p=SFOR). Also the start of 4 new lawsuits. My feeling is that it is a combination of higher revenues and a portion of the ACS deal to buy one of the patents for 9 mil by 2020. But again, it is all speculation until we see the 10K.
