I couldn't agree with you guys more. I'm very excited to see what takes place over the next couple quarters. It may be slow for a few months or not but I have a strong feeling Li will surprise us all very soon.

No hole in your conjecture. As you pointed out CE exclusivity is not as exclusive as many think.

Apple’s agreement with Liquidmetal does in no way mean Apple now has exclusive rights over all the BMG formulas in the world.

Adding my own conjecture/hope, Li’s lqmt investment would be even more profitable if lqmt manufactured CE components using generic BMG, But that would be subject to the legal babble of the the TTA and MTA, with the capture period and auto renewal it confuses as to if or when the EON BMG can be used for manufacturing by lqmt without having it assigned/lost to CIP and hence Apple.

Hopefully its possible and i'm sure Li is looking into how he can Transfer CE orders to the domestic.

It seems as if all efforts were put into mass manufacturing CE products so this route would be the obvious one, I'm not sure about how they will set up mass manufacturing for these products ,they will most likely use CM's as we will be looking at hundreds of millions of products with all companies involved huawei,Samsung, vivo, oppo, htc and Apple, li has this game locked up he's a brilliant man!

So for prognostication and conjecture sake, if you're throwing out a wild guess - what would be your speculation as to when they might - FINALLY! - make some money?

I'm pegging the Chung 6 month expiration of the lock-up. He's not a "value" investor and he's not going to sell into any kind of weakness, nor is he going to sell when he could negatively impact the price, but he's not going to hold for long either.

Lugee Li's plan with Apple this year

Q: We know a lot of time good material needs large-scale applications. Material itself relies upon economies of scale to bring cost down. The company will do large scale promotion of liquid metal in the country and around the world. While the idea is good, but when can it become a reality?

A: This is our intention. It was also the most important reason why we acquire LQMT because it is closely related with Apple. Two sides share a research and development group. Apple did not use Liquidmetal before because no one can produce it, and now we have done it. Before the end of this year we plan to discuss with them. Of course, it is expected that they will strongly suggest our company's products be supplied to them exclusively. However, I do have reservation. Currently domestic has a lot of good mobile phone manufacturers. We will not be exclusive to Apple or any other mobile phone manufacturers. But we will soon have a dialogue with Apple. It is not necessarily we will reach a partnership, because the differences are still relatively large.
