That's a good point, but why borrow it at any rate if you don't mind diluting your shareholders. It would be interesting to see at what rate a bank would lend to GTE. Most banks I have dealt with insist on collateral. I doubt seriously if too many banks would see great value in Sans1(which never made a nickel) or the Sans2 demonstrator(at this point).
