A few of us have already sent in to the SEC, Whistleblower complaints against ABX and SLW I believe.
These complaints would be directed to false claims by both with their fillings from the past on the Pascua Lama project.
But then again,the USA is one of the most corrupt countries on the globe! They are real good at what they do and tag everything so's you had a real hard time delayering their exploits.
