My thoughts too. I do think it will beneficial regardless of who's running the show. If MO keeps his shares of IBRC I'm sure he'll ensure the change is a good one. Although if he has to sell his stake could mean a bigger company stepping in to take the distribution rights.

I like your assessment, and I too think we may be the distribution side of this. Just seems odd for Michael to leave his "baby (ibrands)," as he put it in the video, if we are not interconnected with this move in a major way.

Remember, he said he has worked with three other partners for many, many years, and that the 4 of them were running ibrands. And that is was their "baby." His wife also owns the other 5 bil shares that he "transferred" within lightwave. (his wife is the other half of lightwave.)

I say if he really feels this way about ibrands, then NO WAY does he leave it, unless he knows he will still be connected in some way (majority shareholder along with his wife), and in fact, has plans to do MAJOR business together. This move may be the best move seen, to bring ALL of US to our wildest dreams.

It just irks me quite a bit to know that he is publicly releasing info through another company's 8k about his resigning here, while leaving us in the dark with nothing but rampant speculation. Not cool. Maybe he really likes to surprise people?

Also bear in mind that at least in the past AHIT was trying for REIT tax status, which requires most of revenue from rental and related income. The land deal they have would certainly fall under that. But they might have to give up on being a REIT if they acquire IBRC due to the sizeable non-rental, non-mortgage income. So I'm now thinking a very close partnership, not an acquisition, for tax reasons.

...good post tolip_tej! Yeah i look at it as there is no downside for IBRC, only upside to be doing the current HUGE CBD oil business and everything else...then mid to longterm probably doing the sales side for much of ixbiotechnology....and their plan to be lol: the largest producer of certified organic or all CBD oil.

aaaamazing!
